Thursday – 86l Freewave and 4.7m good bump n jump conditions until shoulder and rib hurt too much as bump got bigger.

Last session of stay and was good sailing. Warmer air and water than last year. Most sessions would have been 4/5* if I had not hurt shoulder on second day and rib later on. Just been to A&E on return and told got torn muscles and seeing surgeon tomorrow, hopefully just for injection to speed healing and physio but out for up to 6 weeks doc reckon. Oh well could have been worse. Good holiday
